 Natural stones are quarried directly from the earth's crust, and every batch of slabs are unique. The only processing done to these are shaping into size & finish that your kitchen requires. Natural Stone products are more durable than many manufactured products, often lasting for decades .

There is no risk of exposure to harmful chemicals during manufacturing or disposal with natural stones. Therefore, natural stones are reasonably environmentally friendly and safe for your home applications & our planet. 

No - unfortunately due to professional care required during manufacturing , transport and installation ; DIY option is not available on our products.

Your Natural Stone benchtops are covered with 24 months of Installation warranty & 10 years of product warranty. 

Depending on the size of the chip, location and colour of the material, most natural stone benchtop chips can be repaired. This needs to be assessed and completed by a stonemason. 

Cracks through the benchtops need to be assessed by qualified tradesmen to investigate if they can be repaired. Please note breakage ( chips / cracks ) are not part of your stone warranty. These can / may be able to be repaired at cost.
